Products

Each piece is handmade and one of a kind, including knitwear and giftcards. Small imperfections are part of the handmade nature. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Payment is required at checkout via PayPal.

Shipping

I currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only. For shipping costs and timeframes, see the Shipping page.

Returns & Refunds

No returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please contact me before purchasing if you have questions about sizing or fit.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act still apply. If an item is faulty or doesn't match its description, contact me and I'll sort it out.

Privacy

I only use your personal information to process and fulfill your order. Your information won't be shared with third parties except as needed for shipping and payment processing. You can request access to or deletion of your information by contacting me.
